  • Lead Times:
  • Estimated lead times are listed at the bottom of each product page. Keep in mind these are estimates.
  • If ordering during a sale please keep in mind lead times on items like our bumpers are likely to be extended due to the volume of orders we receive in a short period of time. We recommend being quick to order if you want your bumper sooner. Orders are based on first come first serve. 
  • Lead times listed on the product pages are estimates from our standard schedule, these may not apply on orders placed during a sale due to the volume of orders we receive in a given day. We cannot guarantee the lead times. 

 

  • Q: Want to pick up your order at our shop location?
  • A: No problem! When checking out please enter our shop address in the "shipping" address location. From there you will see "local pickup" come up. Select this option. We will call you when your order is ready to be picked up. 
  • We ask that you pick up the orders within a weeks time from its completion date as we do not have room to store bumpers for extended periods of time. 
  • Address: 450 Coney Island Dr. Sparks, NV 89431 

 

  • Q: How will my order ship?
  • A: Depending on the item your order will ship with USPS, UPS, or freight via SAIA. 

 

  • Q: When is my payment processed?
  • A: Payment is taken immediately at the time the order is submitted online unless otherwise arranged in advance with our sales team. 

 

  • Q: I need to cancel my order. What do I do?
  • A: To cancel your order please call and email us at (775) 200-0544/ sales@relentlessfabrication.com. You have 48hrs after your order is placed to cancel an order and receive a refund minus processing fee of 3%. After this time each order is subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Orders already completed or at the powder coater cannot be cancelled. 

 

  • Q: Customization Requests
  • A: Not all custom requests are possible, if you have already confirmed your request with one of our reps please list it out in the "Notes" section when checking out. We will reach out to you when we process your order to confirm the request and send any necessary payment invoices for the request.

BLACK FRIDAY 2020 FAQ/ INFO

Our Biggest Sale of the year is live at 12am PST 11/27/20 and running for exactly 1 day! We are offering 15% off ALL bumpers, small accessories, and more! 

Discount will apply to all Relentless Fabrication Bumpers and small accessories. Only item excluded from the sale is the tailgate reinforcements. Items from other manufactures will not be included in the sale. 

At checkout all items included in the sale will AUTOMATICALLY receive 15% off. No code required.  

Again, this sale will run for 1 day. We will not be extending the discount to orders placed BEFORE or AFTER 11/27/20 PST.

COVID-19 Update

At this time we would like to let everyone know we are still continuing manufacturing of our products in accordance to the CNC and state guidelines. We continue and will continue to stay up to date on all CNC recommended guidelines as well as state/city guidelines during this time. As we know regulations are changing daily. We will continue to post any updates or necessary changes to our operations to keep our customers most up to date. 

  • Our shop is maintaining the recommended 6ft social distancing guidelines and has implemented new sanitizing techniques and frequent deep cleans to keep the workspace safe. 
  • We are not currently taking on any installations or walk ins. Customer pick ups will be prearranged with the customer with extra precautions in place to keep employees and customer safe. 
  • Currently lead times are unaffected while we continue to produce at our normal capacity. 
  • Shipments are ongoing. We have reduced our freight pick ups to once a week to help reduce any risk of COVID-19 to our employees and freight shipping company who we work very closely with. 

 

Powder coating: Please note powder coating is performed by another local shop. They too continue to remain open during this time. However, the volume they are able to turn around is reduced so powder coating times may be extended.

Powder Coating Update

Update to all current and new orders with powder coating selected:

We have noticed a rise in our powder coating lead times from the shop we work with. You may or may not be aware that we do not do any of the powder coating in house. We outsource our powder coating to a local shop. 

Over the years we have worked with numerous shops local to us in Reno/Sparks, NV. We have narrowed it down to only the best shops in town to provide our customers with a top notch product from the fab work all the way to the finished coating. Well it seems word of our great powder coater has gotten around and they are busier than ever. This is great for them however while they grow the turn around time for their service has also grown. We strongly believe quality takes time and are 100% willing to wait. However you also need to be aware that powder coating times quoted under the product description may end up being longer at this time.

Please note we are not able to provide exact dates your order will return from the powder coaters. The team at the powder coating location is working around the clock to get through all their projects so please be patient. We will do our best to provide you with updates as they come.  

If you have a current order in our system and would no longer like to wait for the powder coating please email us at sales@relentlessfabrication.com to get the order updated to ship bare metal.

Holiday Lead Times

Hi there! 

We are super excited you are looking to or have ordered some of our awesome products for your gift giving this year! We would like to put out a friendly reminder that all our current lead times are listed at the bottom of the product description on each product page. 

As much as we would love to get everyone their order by Xmas it simply is not possible due to the custom nature of our products. I hope you can understand! We strive to put out the absolute best product we can and with the time it takes to do that comes the top notch quality parts our shop is known for. We have no doubt you will be thrilled with your order upon arrival.
