-IMPORTANT TERMS and CONDITIONS- 

By ordering from Relentless Off-Road Fabrication you acknowledge your understanding of and agree to the following terms and conditions:

All parts manufactured and sold under the Relentless off-road Fabrication name are designed and manufactured with the intent to increase vehicle off road performance and are not DOT approved or intended for usage on public streets and highways. Due to the nature of off-roading, all variances in conditions and use cannot be foreseen and therefore the safety of any person associated with use of my product is out of my control and I cannot be held liable for said event or any vehicle or product failures due to unforeseen events or improper use or abuse when using products manufactured or sold by Relentless Off-Road Fabrication.

Modification to any vehicle by installing parts manufactured by Relentless off-road Fabrication could alter vehicle’s on-road performance, handling, and crashworthiness which may lead to bodily harm or property damage. In purchasing any item from Relentless off-road Fabrication, the purchaser hereby assumes full responsibility in any property damage or personal injury that may occur while using products manufactured and sold by Relentless off-road Fabrication and hold Relentless off-road Fabrication harmless. Relentless off-road Fabrication will not take responsibility for personal injury or property damage arising from usage or failure of parts manufactured and/or sold by Relentless off-road Fabrication due to improper or unsafe operation.

Do not purchase or install any part manufactured or sold by Relentless off-road Fabrication if you do not agree with above terms, and that you do not feel competent in installing safely and correctly. We recommend all parts be installed by trained and competent professionals. Relentless off-road Fabrication reserves the right to change pricing, material specifications, or any other product specifications associated without prior notification.

ORDERING/PAYMENTS:

Relentless off-road Fabrication accepts orders placed online through our store 24/7/365. Orders can also be placed over the phone at (775) 200-0544 between normal business hours, 9am-5pm PST Mon-Fri. We accept the following methods of payment: Visa/Mastercard/Discover/AMEX cards, plus Shoppay and Affirm, or if you're local we accept cash as well. Nevada-based purchasers and customers are subject to 8.27% sales tax added to order totals, or out of state customers looking to have an order shipped to or picked up at a NV address. Local pick up/Will-call orders must be pre-arranged(by appointment). All orders must be paid in full prior to pick up or shipping.

SHIPPING:

Products manufactured and sold by Relentless off-road Fabrication may ship via USPS, UPS Ground, Saia LTL Freight, or other methods to be decided by the discretion of Relentless off-road Fabrication. Not all services are available for all products, and not all services will be able to deliver to a home ship-to addresses provided when ordering. Actual shipping charges and any additional duties, fees, or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be pre-paid prior to shipping.

Freight shipping rates listed at checkout are the average costs to each state/region but in certain circumstances these rates are subject to additional fees due. Example rate changes/fees/surcharges may include: incorrect shipping type selected vs provided address (commercial/residential address), remote delivery location fees, deliveries into major metro areas (ex. New York city area), Deliveries to freight forwarders near intl. borders, delivery appointments and notifications, lift gate fees, etc. 

All bumpers ship via freight carrier due to the dimensions and/or weight of these products being in excess of traditional ground shipping options. Freight shipments will be sent via a Freight carrier as chosen by Relentless off-road Fabrication, typically Saia LTL freight. Freight shipping destination is defaulted to nearest freight terminals for customer pick up upon arrival(within 48hrs max or additional storage fees can apply). If a delivery needs to go to other locations then additional fees my apply. Examples of these fees: residential delivery surcharges, delivery appointments, lift-gate charges, inside delivery surcharges, rescheduled or multiple delivery appointments, remote/rural destination charges, terminal storage fees, and limited access surcharges (such as military locations/gated locations, car dealerships). Freight that needs to be delivered directly to a customers residence will deliver on smaller trucks with a liftgate and mandatory delivery appointment which is why residential costs more than commercial locations. Further, If a freight truck cannot access a destination due to space constraints (street sizes, height restrictions etc) then the freight is dropped as close as possible to the delivery location. Example- it may be delivered to the end of a long driveway on the street rather than to your driveway, this is just the nature of freight shipping. 

SHIPPING DAMAGES:

Any shipping damages incurred shall be the responsibility of the customer to note at delivery. DO NOT sign for a damaged shipment no matter how minor the damage is unless you fully accept that damage! All orders sent from Relentless off-road Fabrication are insured, however each shipping company has different terms for processing damaged goods claims and signing for a shipment means you are accepting the goods in the condition as received. This leaves little to no method of recourse for replacement or insurance reimbursement after the fact for damages. Both Relentless Fabrication and the shipping company who delivered your order should be contacted immediately or within 24 hours maximum of receiving your shipment if you find hidden damage after delivery. Customer must first notify shipper of damage with tracking/BOL number, after which Relentless off-road Fabrication will take over claim handling with shipper and will require detailed photos to back the claim. No guarantees are expressed or implied as to whether a claim may or may not be covered or any reimbursement issued. In the event of a damaged shipment, all original packaging must be retained for 14 days for examination by the shipping company or they can deny any claim, in which circumstance Relentless off-road Fabrication will not be held liable for these shipping damages to any products, nor will Relentless off-road Fabrication provide any monetary or other reimbursement for the damaged shipment. Powder coated items are exempt from minor shipping damage claims, nicks and small scrapes are common in freight transit and are not able to be covered under basic insurance claims. If a perfect finish is desired then the customer should order bare products and have them coated locally after receiving them.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

It is the mission of Relentless off-road Fabrication to produce high quality parts and for complete customer satisfaction with every product we build. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product Relentless off-road Fabrication will accept returns on any non-customized product for a refund of the original purchase price, less shipping fees, in addition to a 20% restocking fee. Items must be returned within 14 days of original delivery and in original package/shipping conditions. Previously installed parts or parts modified in any way are no longer acceptable for return. All returns must be pre-arranged with an RMA prior to shipping them back to us. All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Failure to follow these policies will lead to a forfeit of any item costs and/or shipping charges and no refund will be issued.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:

Customers who wish to cancel an order can do so within 48 hours of placing their order. All cancellations are subject to a 5% payment processing fee deducted from the order total refund. This fee is to cover the non-refundable processing fees that are imposed by the card processing company to us when an order is placed.

If a cancellation is requested after this initial 48 hour window, but before the order is in fabrication/production process, we will still consider a cancellation with a 20% fee imposed against the product/item total on the order. All approved cancellations outside the initial 48 hour window will be charged a 20% order cancelation/restocking fee, no exceptions. The method of which the refund will be processed is at the discretion of Relentless off-road Fabrication. Refund method may include: Reversal to original payment method, or a Company check sent via US mail if the window for electronic refund has elapsed. After we've begun the manufacturing process of your order, or it has been built to customer spec, has been sent for powder coating, or has already shipped then the order CANNOT be cancelled or refunded. 

All cancellation requests must be made in writing to Sales@relentlessfabrication.com and you will be notified of denial or approval with the reason for such decision.

Limited WARRANTY terms:

Parts manufactured by Relentless off-road Fabrication are warranted against defects in workmanship for life of the product. Powder coating or other finishes applied to products are not covered under this lifetime Warranty. Damages due to Neglect, Abuse, Collisions, or Improper usage of the products are not covered under our limited warranty. Trail damage such as dents, dings, or scratches in our armor products are not covered under this warranty and are considered to be normal wear and tear on off-road products and not a defect.

Any product not manufactured but sold by Relentless off-road Fabrication (Baja designs and Rigid Industries LEDs, Rotopax containers, etc) carries original warranty from the manufacturer only, no other warranty is expressed or implied. Warranty claims on products not manufactured by Relentless fabrication should be made through that items' manufacturer directly.

ADDITIONAL TERMS:

In buying products manufactured, designed, and sold by Relentless Off-Road Fabrication, Purchaser agrees not to reproduce, reverse engineer, duplicate, or manufacture any duplicates of our products. Purchaser also agrees to not engage in any action that would result in the duplication of Products for resell or manufacture by a Dealer or any other organization, company, person, etc. Customer/Purchaser may not purchase or use any Relentless Off-Road Fabrication products for the purpose and intent of development and redesign of a similar alternative, or substitute product. Purchaser agrees not to engage in any practice that would involve compromising our company market share or our customer base due to redistribution, redesign, re-engineering, manufacturing, etc. any of our products. Purchaser agrees to not provide any design knowledge or specifics whatsoever to our competitors, companies, and/or individuals; All information regarding our products design and specification should be held as our trade secrets. Purchaser of product is held accountable and punishable by law to fullest extent for any product specifications, dimensions, photographs, etc. that are shared with competitors, individuals, etc in an effort to re-create, resell, redistribute, or redesign our products or similar products.
