Our U-bolt flip kit allows you to flip from the stock rock-catching, down facing square U-bolt design to round U-bolts facing upward for extra clearance. Fits 1996-2023 Toyota Tacoma's and may fit others vehicles with a 2.5" leaf spring width and 3.25" axle tube diameter.
Sold as a set of CNC cut and brake formed 1/4" HRPO steel U bolt plates.
Add our optional 1/2" Grade-5 U-bolts to complete the kit. Standard U-Bolts are 9" long and suitable for most aftermarket spring packs, or those running a small lift block under their OEM spring pack.
**Note that with the installation of this kit you will need to install a new bump stop solution on the truck(not included). Stock bump stops and other aftermarket which mount on top of the OE springs will not fit with the flip plate. We recommend installing bump stops inverted on the bottom of the frame to use the top of our flip plate as the new bump pad.
