Refund policy

It is the mission of Relentless off-road Fabrication to produce high quality parts that off-road enthusiasts trust and desire, and for complete customer satisfaction for every product we sell. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product Relentless off-road Fabrication will accept returns on any new/unused, non-custom, product for refund of the original purchase price less shipping fees incurred on the items, in addition to a 20% restocking fee. Customer must receive pre-approval for return via Sales@relentlessfabrication.com and Items must be returned at customer expense within 14 days of original delivery date. Parts that have been received by customer and installed, used, or have been modified from the original design and/or original shipping conditions in any way are no longer acceptable for return. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from Customer's original receipt of their product. All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. All returns must be received in like-new condition, and with original packaging intact where items have been shipped in packaging in order to be eligible for a refund, failure to follow these policies will lead to a forfeit of any item costs and/or shipping charges.
