When installing our plate or hybrid front bumper onto the 2016-23 Tacomas many winches require the control pack to be relocated off the top in order to clear components such as the grille or its supporting brackets, or even the top plate of the bumper in some cases. Relocating the control pack allows the winch to have a smaller physical size to mount in the bumper and therefore we can make slimmer and higher clearance bumper designs.
This bracket allows for secure and easy relocation of the winch control pack behind the grille and simplifies winch and bumper installation significantly. Originally designed specifically for Warn winches, we've now made this a universal bracket with more holes and slots to suit a wide variety of winch brands and models!
Bracket is laser cut from 3/16" HRPO steel and then powder coated matte black.
Note that this is the bracket only and depending on vehicle and winch model the wiring/cables of the winch may need to be extended from the winch to the control pack.
