If you've been on our site before I'm sure you immediately noticed the vast changes in appearance. We hope you like them!
Our new site should look much more polished, more detailed, and better depict stock-status/Availability of our items. All of this has been done to better serve our customers!
The main navigation bar at the top should list off all relevant pages including familiar pages like an 'About us' 'Contact' and 'Policies' page. Our previous Online store link has now been called 'Product Catalog', and you'll also find a few other nifty pages... One we hope is a very helpful one- 'Track your order'. This page allows customers to enter an order number (you'll get one in your email order confirmation) and the email address associated with your order to show the current status of your order. It will let your know that we've received, processed, or shipped an order. Plus once it has shipped it'll automatically list tracking results on trackable orders (sorry, still no tracking on freight shipments). *please note that if you ordered on our old site the new order tracker will not work for your order, sorry!
In addition to the 'Track your order' page you'll find a social media page that features our Instagram feed which will allow you to see what we've been posting. We often post photos of projects around the shop, as well as our adventures and reposts of our customer images showing our products in use.
In addition to our website revamp, we'd also like to celebrate with starting our annual Thanksgiving sale a few days early! Thats right, if you're reading this you can enter code 'THANKSGIVING' at checkout to save 20% on all Relentless built products through 11:59PM on Black Friday (11:59 PM on 11/27/2015).
